William R. Lively has been actively practicing law in the Santa Clarita Valley for over twenty-five years. His practice covers a wide spectrum, including Civil Litigation and Trial, Family Law, Criminal Law, Personal Injury and Business and Real Estate Law.

According to those who know him, “Bill Lively is the personification of honesty and integrity, grace under pressure, and a unique ‘hands-on’ approach to all of his cases.” At the Lively law firm you don’t just get another recorded message, but a real live person that actively cares about your case and your well being. You don’t get “shuffled off” to an overworked, burned-out employee, but are provided with personal, hands-on care throughout the duration of your case. You are not “just another number,” but your face and voice are known and your needs and concerns are met with response, respect and caring.

Bill was thoroughly taken aback (and delighted) when he discovered that he had been voted “Best Civil Attorney” in 2004 by The Santa Clarita Valley Living Magazine. What a reward for an honest, humble man that just seeks to improve people’s lives and his community. Since then, Mr. Lively has been awarded Best Attorney awards by The Santa Clarita Valley Living Magazine for the last three consecutive years, and was named the 2005-2006 Lawyer of the Year by the Santa Clarita Valley Bar Association.

Besides being an outstanding litigator and trial lawyer, Bill Lively is also the father of three beautiful, talented children, Hannah, Marcella and Micah and married to the woman of his dreams, Kathy. Along with his family, Mr. Lively is active in many aspects of our community; they are very involved with the Canyon Theatre Guild, devoted to their church, and Bill is also heavily active with the Santa Clarita Rotary Club and the Santa Clarita Valley Bar Association, where he is currently serving as Secretary, having previously served as the Bar Association’s President and Vice President.
